This simple statement is the cornerstone of Pacific Die Casting Corporation’s quality program. We are committed to producing precision castings, raw and machined, that are safe, consistent, and error-free. This is fundamental to our business, and is the responsibility and mission of every employee, from the office staff to the shipping dock.

We continue to improve our quality process, focusing on three primary areas:

Team-based Problem Solving – These efforts are directed at prevention, rather than detection, ensuring that problems do not repeat. Our preventive actions allow us to provide better solutions for our customers, which result in long-term satisfaction and cost savings.

Training – Every employee is enrolled in our comprehensive training program. We provide training in use of quality tools, such as SPC, FMEA and specific customer QA needs. We ensure that equipment upgrades and training materials focus on consistent quality goals.

Closing the Loop – We ensure that our processes and improvement efforts are properly focussed, by verifying our needs against the outcome. We use both external and internal audits of procedures and processes, and our documentation and measured results are reviewed to ensure continuing improvement in our mission to meet our customer’s needs.
