High Pressure Die Casting

Our hot and cold chamber die casting machines extend the life of your die, reduce waste, and produce precise design dimensions. 

Our hot chambers are used for zinc, magnesium, and cool temperature alloys. Hot chambers increase production speed, reduce porosity, and extend the life of your die by utilizing non-corrosive alloys.

Work with our engineering team early on in development for seamless product integration

Cold chamber die-cast machines are used for alloys that are more corrosive and demand higher temperatures. Molten metal is transferred by ladle and blasted in one shot to cast the component.
